Breakfast with Junami apples
Breakfast salad
Ingredients – Serves 4 :2 Junami apples1 galia melon1 banana2 tbsp raspberries250 g low-fat cottage cheese
Preparation method: Do not peel the Junami apples. Wash them and cut them in cubes. Wash the melon and peel the banana. Chop in pieces. Next, combine the Junami apples, melon, banana and raspberries in a mixing bowl. Scoop the cottage cheese into two small bowls and top with the fruit.
