Apple toasted sandwich
with Junami
Ingredients – Serves 4:2 Junami applesSliced of brown breadButterCinnamonHoney
Preparation method:Wash but do not peel the Junami apples. Remove the core of the Junami apples with an apple corer and slice the apples in rings. Spread the slices of bread with butter. The buttered sides are used for the outside. Smear a little honey on each slice of bread and then lay the Junami apple rings and cinnamon on top. Cover with a second slice and grill the sandwich in a toasted-sandwich iron or under the grill until golden brown.
