Junami apples on the barbecue

Preparation method: Remove the core of the Junami apples with an apple corer. Mix together the raisins, cinnamon and sugar. Stuff the apples well with this mixture and wrap them in aluminium foil. It is handy to set the apples upright on the aluminium foil first, so that the mixture cannot fall out. Place the parcels on the barbecue for half an hour and check them from time to time. You can tell that they are ready when you notice a delicious smell!
