Lavez mais ne pelez pas les pommes Junami\u00ae. Retirez le c\u0153ur et coupez la pomme en petits morceaux. Faites fondre la noix de beurre dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive. Faites fondre le beurre, mais ne le laissez pas brunir. \u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une cuill\u00e8re en bois, incorporez le sucre brun mou dans le beurre fondu. Continuez \u00e0 remuer \u00e9nergiquement. Ajoutez la cannelle et les morceaux de pomme. Remuez \u00e9nergiquement pour laisser le sucre caram\u00e9liser. Incorporez les raisins secs et continuez \u00e0 remuer \u00e9nergiquement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019un beau sirop fonc\u00e9 et \u00e9pais se forme et que tous les morceaux de pomme soient compl\u00e8tement recouverts.
